'Deadpool 3' Officially Announced With Hugh Jackman To Return
This Tuesday, Ryan Reynolds posted an 80-second video officially announcing Deadpool 3. The clip features Reynolds discussing how there was no announcement of the project at the D23 Expo and also confirmed that Hugh Jackman will return as Wolverine, which explains his departure from The Music Man, which closes early next year. With Jackman returning as Wolverine, and Reynolds asking, “You want to play Wolverine one more time?”, will this be Jackman’s final bow as his iconic character, or will he return for future projects such as Avengers: Secret Wars, releasing in 2025. Additionally, will we finally get the comic-accurate suit on screen? It’s likely that Deadpool 3 will release directly before or after Fantastic Four, as it seems to have a “Fall 2024” slot on the timeline. Deadpool 3 is set to release only in theaters on September 6, 2024. Watch the official announcement below.
