First Look At 'Percy Jackson & The Olympians'

During the “Disney’s Epic Entertainment Showcase”, we received the first official look at Percy Jackson & The Olympians. The series follows the book series of the same name, written by Rick Riordan, who will write and executive produce the show. Riordan has emphasized how important it is for the show to be faithful to the books, especially after the films from a few years ago.

These first two images come from the early chapters of the first book. The first image features Percy (Walker Scobell) and Sally (Virginia Kull) as they say goodbye before Percy heads into Camp Half-Blood, and the second features Percy in New York City. It is likely that a full trailer is released shortly, so be on the lookout as we’ll update this article when it drops.

What you’ve all been waiting for, the first full look at Percy Jackson & The Olympians! The footage features Walker Scobell reciting the opening monologue from the first book in the series. As production is still early, the series is expected to release in 2024.
