Five years, 39 episodes, and it’s all down to this. Tonight’s series finale didn’t answer every question, but it did answer the important ones. [This is your final spoiler warning.] In a shocking turn of events, Shiv (Sarah Snook) went against the promise she made with Kendall (Jeremy Strong) and Roman (Kieran Culkin) and voted yes on the item of selling Waystar RoyCo to Gojo and Lukkas Mattson (Alexander Skarsgård).

Unfortunately for Shiv, developments earlier in the episode took her out of consideration for the position of CEO, giving the job to Tom Wambsgans (Matthew Macfadyen), making him the ultimate successor. For the three Roy siblings, it looks like their time at Waystar RoyCo is over, as Tom (and Greg) maintain a new leadership under Mattson.

More to come…
